Green Beans in White Coconut Curry

Every one has their favorite green bean recipe, fried, sautéed or baked. This time I am making green beans in white coconut curry. This is the most common side dish in Asia, specially Thai, Malay or sri Lankan cuisines, lot of their curry dishes contain thick coconut milk. When you are cooking   with coconut milk, its gives this wonderful aroma that sends your taste buds to heaven. This dish is real simple to make and goes well with bowl of plain white rice or roti. It’s a perfect vegan meal!!
